After breaking up in 1991, Insted came back in the summer of 2004 to play five reunion shows in celebration of the discography the was released on Indecision Records. They played three shows on the East Coast and two on the West Coast, and on June 27th, 2004, Insted played the legendary CBGB in New York. The show was recorded and documented on this release, 18 songs filled with energy and positivity.
